You make game drives in the Moremi Game Reserve and the Chobe National Park, where this trip is concluded with a private boat trip on the Chobe River.

Day 1,Johannesburg (South-Africa)

You arrive at the O.R. Tambo International Airport, where a transfer from the accommodation awaits you and takes you to your accommodation.

Day 2,Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe) | 'A Zambezi River Lodge

You will be taken back to the airport and fly to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe in about 1.5 hours. A transfer from the property awaits you, you check in at the lodge and then go to "The Smoke That Thunders": The Victoria Falls! Livingstone described it as follows: "It had never been seen before by European eyes, but so beautiful must have been gazed upon by angels in their flight." Meanwhile, many European eyes have seen the miracle, yet she has lost none of her beauty.

Day 3,Kasane | Waterlilly Lodge

You will be transferred to Botswana in the morning and check in at Waterlilly Lodge. In the afternoon, a private boat trip on the Chobe River is on the program. This is a great opportunity to view the many wildlife that live along and in the river. Herds of elephants come to swim, play, wash and drink. Amidst hippos, crocodiles, large herds of buffalos and other goat species; in combination with the large variety of birds this is an unforgettable introduction to the game of Botswana!

Day 4,Chobe National Park | Ihaha BOGA bushcamp

Our guide with his team (field assistant & cook) will take you early in the morning for a game drive through the river section of the Chobe National Park. Here, along the river, at the idyllic Ihaha, your first private bushcamp has been set up and from there you will also make a game drive through the park in the afternoon. Chobe is known for its many wild and especially large elephant populations - herds of sometimes more than 80 animals visit the river in the afternoon. During the bushcamp you will be pampered by the team, 3 meals a day, snacks and a delicious 3-course dinner!

Day 5,Chobe National Park | Savuti BOGA Bushcamp

We will leave the water part of Chobe and descend to the south to camp in the Savuti marshes. This area is more of an African savannah as you know from the movies. Here herds of elephants, buffalos and zebras, hunt lions and groups of wild dogs. In short: a lot of game!

Days 6, 7 & 8,Moremi Game Reserve | Khwai River BOGA bushcamp

After another game drive in the Savuti, we continue to the south and reach the Moremi Game Reserve. This park is the most varied wildlife park in Southern Africa and a bushcamp in the middle of all these animals is unforgettable. We use both Khwai River and Third Bridge area to set up the BOGA camps and from there make game drives.

Day 9,Maun | Sedia Hotel

After a final game drive in the area, we will brake up the camp and we will leave Moremi via the South Gate. After a good 2 hours drive we will reach the inhabited world again and you will be dropped off at your accommodation in Maun. Just a normal bed and a shower - where you can recharge your batteries for the next adventure: the Central Kalahari

Days 10 & 11,Central Kalahari Game Reserve | Deception Pan BOGA bushcamp

We will leave Maun early and drive to the Kalahari Desert and drive about 4 hours to the entrance of the park. The Kahalari is a semi-desert and has a beautiful landscape with untouched African wildlife. In Deception Pan the water stays the longest, and this can offer beautiful vegetation in the months of May. We will make game drives in the area, looking for cheetahs, black-headed lions, oryx, honey badgers and leopards. In short: a fantastic area for seeing wildlife!

Day 12,Maun | Sedia Hotel

After the last safari we will break the camp and return to Maun for a last night in Botswana. The next morning you will take another flight over the Okavango Delta and return to Johannesburg to fligh homeward again.
