Bush Calls Safaris, registered at the Chamber of Commerce (Netherlands) under number 2729 4061,
accepts the booking in compliance to the following terms & conditions, which are part of the booking contract between the parties

1. Booking

Bush Calls Safaris understands under a booking the recording of the journey (parts) as recorded in the quoted travel program accepted by the customer. The booking and accompanying booking agreement are concluded in the European Union and are subject to Dutch law. Bush Calls Safaris accepts no liability for bookings where the booking agreement is not signed. Bush Calls Safaris reserves the right to refuse bookings without giving any reason. A booking is final when the booking agreement has been signed and the payments have been received at Bush Calls Safaris.

2. Down payment & Payment

A deposit as a percentage of the full travel sum is required to guarantee a booking. Bush Calls Safaris sends the customer an invoice for both the deposit and the remaining payment, with the current payment term. The full travel sum must be paid to Bush Calls Safaris at the specified bank account no later than 30 days before departure. If the full fare is not paid to Bush Calls Safaris no later than 30 days before departure, the booking is considered canceled and Bush Calls Safaris has the right to keep the deposit. Customers who book a trip within 30 days before departure must pay the full travel sum within the stated payment term of the invoice.

3. Currency & Price

Bush Calls Safaris reserves the right to adjust the fare to changes resulting from changed taxes or exchange rates in relation to the moment of entering into the booking agreement and the final settlement.

4. Cancellation & Refund

In the event that a customer cancels the booking, Bush Calls Safaris has the right to retain the deposit. If the booking is canceled within 30 days of departure, the following cancellation costs apply:

• up to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total travel sum;
• 5 or less days before departure: 100% of the total travel sum.

If one or more members of the traveling party departs later than the departure date stated in the travel program, or cancels earlier during the trip, no refund will take place. If one or more members of the travel party does not follow the complete program during the trip, no refund will take place.

Bush Calls Safaris reserves the right to cancel a booking unilaterally and on its own authority, without prior notice. However, in that case Bush Calls Safaris is obliged to return all payments to the customer. This will be the only obligation of Bush Calls Safaris and claim to other fees is not possible.

5. Change

Bush Calls Safaris reserves the right to change the travel program or parts thereof, as well as the travel sum of the travel program or parts thereof if circumstances arise that are beyond the control of Bush Calls Safaris, such as weather conditions, political developments or changing laws and regulations.

6. Travel documents & Visa

The customer is responsible for having valid travel documents such as passport, driving license, visa and vaccination proof for the countries that will be visited.

Bush Calls Safaris is not liable for damage or consequences of the absence of these documents on departure from or during the trip.

7. Insurance

The customer is obliged to have an appropriate travel and cancellation insurance, valid for the countries that will be visited and applicable to the activities during the travel program. The travel insurance must include an adequate medical insurance policy, including repatriation allowance and evacuation by plane.

Consequences of the absence of such insurance or proof of insurance are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

8. Luggage

At all times the customer is responsible for his or her luggage and personal items. Bush Calls Safaris accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to luggage and / or personal items.

9. Risk

The customer understands that elements of the travel program are adventurous and involve a personal risk. Neither Bush Calls Safaris, nor any of its executors, can be held liable for injury or injury beyond the civil liability, resulting in the death of the person concerned, however they arise. The customer indemnifies Bush Calls Safaris and its executors from this liability in these.

10. Force majeure

Unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, war, weather, rioting, earthquakes or other situations beyond the control of Bush Calls Safaris, Bush Calls Safaris may decide to end or modify the trip. In such event, Bush Calls Safaris will then not be liable for any (consequential) damage caused or obliged to refund the travel sum or parts thereof.
